The Start of Spring, or Lichun in Chinese, falls on February 4 this year. As the first solar term on Chinese traditional lunar calendar, it lifts the curtain of spring. The weather is expected to get warm, and everything is going to turn green and full of vigor. This day is usually marked with certain specific customs, like eating spring pancakes wrapped around fresh vegetables and meat, which is called bite-the-spring. Watch the video to find more!
