As the Tokyo Olympics was postponed by a year, the Chinese women’s volleyball team started a two-stage, seven-month-long training camp behind closed doors at the beginning of 2020. Head coach Lang Ping fully understood how difficult it would be for her players to stay sharp for such a long time, but she still made them work hard in all the ways she could come up with.
